Refine: My Word for 2026

On January 1st, I sat down quietly with myself — no pressure, no noise, just intention. I gave myself the space to reflect on where I’ve been and where I want to go. I didn’t rush it. I let the moment be slow, honest, and grounding.
This is where Refine truly came into focus.
I took time to write out my goals across different areas of my life — my home, my work, my creativity, my wellness, my relationships, and my personal growth. Instead of setting rigid resolutions, I asked myself gentler questions:
What feels aligned?
What needs more care?
What no longer deserves my energy?
Refinement, for me, isn’t about adding more. It’s about editing with intention. It’s choosing clarity over chaos and creating space for what truly matters. Some goals were big, others beautifully simple — but all of them felt honest and rooted in where I am right now.
That moment of reflection reminded me that growth doesn’t always require movement. Sometimes it asks for stillness, awareness, and trust.
Cheers to 2026!!!

Refine: My Word for 2026
As I step into 2026, I’m doing so with intention, clarity, and a deep sense of purpose. This year, my word is Refine.
Refinement isn’t about starting over — it’s about becoming more intentional with what already exists. It’s choosing depth over distraction, alignment over urgency, and presence over pressure.
It’s the quiet confidence that comes from knowing what deserves your energy… and what no longer does.
A Year of Intentional Living
In this season, I’m refining how I show up — in my work, in my relationships, and in the spaces I create. I’m embracing thoughtful choices, meaningful design, and rhythms that allow for both creativity and rest.
Refinement invites me to slow down just enough to notice what truly matters — and then elevate it with care.
This year isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters well.
Living With Purpose and Clarity
2026 is about creating with intention, leading with heart, and living in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and honest. It’s about trusting my instincts, honoring my growth, and allowing my life to reflect the beauty of thoughtful living.
Refinement shows up in the details — the way I design spaces, the way I protect my energy, the way I choose ease without guilt and depth without overwhelm.
A Gentle Invitation
As I move through this year, I’m inviting refinement into every area of my life — from the spaces I design, to the stories I share, to the way I care for myself and others.
And maybe, as you read this, you’ll pause too — to reflect on what deserves more intention in your own life.
You don’t need everything figured out. Just a starting point and a willingness to move with purpose.
Whatever your word may be this year, I hope it grounds you, guides you, and reminds you that growth can be both beautiful and quiet.
Here’s to a year of refinement — in our homes, our hearts, and our everyday lives.
